Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the medical field as Medical Social Worker for over 10 years. She received her master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California and received her Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) from Azusa Pacific University.

She is passionate about helping people manage their stress and learning how to feel comfortable in their bodies. Through her experience as an MSW, she has worked and collaborated with various medical doctors, health care professionals and non-medical professionals. She specializes in Mindfulness and Energy Psychology, along with other therapeutic modalities. She works with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief loss, insomnia, maternal/child issues (Post Partum Depression), relationship/dating issues, creativity, life purpose, life transitions and interpersonal issues. She empowers her clients by teaching them about the mind-body connection and how to get the brain in a calmer state where a path to wellbeing can be found.
