Hanah Yoon

MSW Intern

Hanah attended California Lutheran University for her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is currently attending University of Southern California’s Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work to obtain her master’s degree. 

 

Hanah has experience working with teens and adults of all ages. She has experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds through their problems with interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and grief/loss. She offers her clients opportunities to learn about self-care and mindfulness in order to help them deepen their understanding of themselves. Her approach focuses on understanding the client’s background, past and present experiences to build tools to better manage their stress and anxiety, explore and process their experiences, and grow to achieve their therapeutic goals. 

 

Hanah is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving Therapy, Solution Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is interested in Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and overall providing trauma-focused and trauma-informed care to all of her clients. Hanah’s goal is to help her clients feel equipped and empowered to heal from any painful past or present experiences. 

 

Hanah works with teenagers and adults. She offers and invites clients a safe space to come as they are and support them on their journey.
