Nicole has experience working with adolescents and their families treating anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral problems. Nicole is certified in Interpersonal Therapy for Depression (IBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She also works with parents using a modality called Triple P (Positive Parenting Program). She integrates psychodynamic and attachment theory, along with cognitive based approaches, art and music into her sessions.
Kendall has experience working with grief/loss, trauma, the LGBTQ community, self-harm, suicidal ideation, ADHD, behavioral issues, anxiety and depression. Kendall is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She is an integrative therapist who utilizes a psychodynamic and humanistic theoretical orientation.
